Albert has over 20 years’ capital market, corporate development, organizational restructuring, business development, marketing, client relations and operation management experience in Canada, United States, Australia, China, etc. He held executive positions in large corporations include ChinaMotion Telecom, Sundiro Motorcycle (top motorcycle manufacturer in China, now Sundiro-Honda) and MagIndustries (a TSX company with world class Potash development project).

Albert has rich experience in cross-border transactions, and he worked on capital investment, M&A, joint venture, strategic partnership, international market entry and business expansion transactions and projects in a range of industries: life science, pharmaceutical, automotive manufacturing, natural resources, clean tech, IT and telecom etc. He has built up broad connections with governments, enterprises, professional services, financial institutions, investment communities and various organizations in China, Canada and over the world. Albert has profound knowledge of different government regimes and business systems, and deep understanding of the cultural differences and their impact to business developments and operations.

Albert holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Georgetown University (Washington DC, U.S.A.), a Master of Engineering degree and a Bachelor of Engineering degree from Xi'an Jiaotong University (Xi'an, P.R.C.).
